Making a DIY tool box

Tools and materials:

Cordless Impact Driver

Cordless drill

Random orbit sander

Block plane

Table saw

Bandsaw

Belt sander

Hole saw

Drill press

Air compressor, nail and staple gun kit

Block plane

Lathe

Wood turning tools set

Wire Burning Kit

In this video I make a simple tool box out of plywood.

I begun by cutting my plywood to basic size on the table saw.

I then cut the sides on the bandsaw and sanded them on the belt sander.

I used  a hole saw to add a dowel as a handle. Because the dowel was slightly larger I used a sanding bit to enlarge the holes.

I then glued and nailed the parts in place. I also added screws.

Next I made the cap. On the slides I added some wax to make it slide easier.

I added legs and also a divider in the inside.

Finally I turned a locking pin. This locks the cap in place.

I made this box basically for my turning tools but you can adapt it in any situation.

But that was it. See you soon with a new project video.
