Tools and materials:
In this video I make a rolling planter box. This type of planter is ideal for balcony gardens.
I begun by cutting my stock to size with a circular saw. I used mostly reclaimed material for the hole project.
I then sanded the pieces a little bit and then broke the edges with a block plane.
Next I used the table saw to cut a few braces which I screwed in place.
I then screwed the sides and the bottom pieces. For the bottom I used a scrap piece as spacer.
After sanding I applied a few coats of walnut water based varnish.
Finally I screwed the wheels in place.
This planter box is ideal for balcony gardens, because you can easily clean by moving the hole box at once.
